Yes. I wish to receive my Water Bills electronically from the City of Troy Water Department. By completing this enrollment form, I understand that I am choosing to no longer receive a paper statement by mail.

I have the right to withdraw from e-billing at any time by completing the fields on the Manage Enrollment page and then selecting "Remove from Paperless Bills".

You will receive your e-bill notice from waterdepartment@troymi.gov. Be sure to add this to your address book and/or change your spam filters to allow this email to get through. The City of Troy Water Department cannot guarantee electronic delivery of your water e-bill.

You will receive a confirming email to validate your email address. Once that confirmation is received, you will begin receiving e-bills electronically and will no longer receive paper bills.

By clicking ENROLL, I agree to keep my email address up-to-date during my enrollment. I also understand that even if I do not receive the email notification that I am responsible for payment, ACH return charges, and late penalties that may occur if ACH payment is rejected for any reason. Failure to receive a bill does NOT waive responsibility for charges and penalties.
