Special Meetings may be scheduled as needed in accordance with the City Charter and Michigan Open Meetings Act.

Unless indicated otherwise, all of the above meetings shall be held in the City Council Chambers at 7:30 PM and are open to the public. City Council may reschedule Regular Meetings in accordance with the City Charter and Michigan Open Meetings Act.
