Animal Control Appeal Board

The five-member Animal Control Appeals Board is established by the City of Troy Animal Code. The Board considers requests to keep domestic animals such as backyard chickens and horses. Meetings are generally held every other month. City Staff contact is Paul Evans, Zoning and Compliance Specialist, 248.524.3359.

Public comment may be made at the meeting or via email at: ACBPublicComments@troymi.gov.  Emails must be received by 3pm the day before the meeting.   Emails received after 3 pm will be filed with the City.
