Zoning Board of Appeals Rules of Procedure 

Zoning Board of Appeals Application  

The seven-member Zoning Board of Appeals is established by State law and the City of Troy Zoning Ordinance. The Zoning Board of Appeals considers requests pertaining to the Zoning Ordinance including variances, interpretations, and appeals from administrative decisions.

Meetings: 3rd Tuesday of each month, 7:00 p.m. at Troy City Hall

Meetings will be streamed live here.

Public comment may be made at the meeting or via email to  ZBApubliccomments@troymi.gov.   Emails must be received by 3pm the day of the meeting. Timely emails will be read during the public comment period of the meeting.  Emails received after 3 pm will be filed with the City.
